By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions, but we reserve the right to refuse to supply goods or services at our discretion and without further explanation.

Offer and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. This will not affect any order that you have made before these changes appear.

The price you pay is clearly displayed on the website and includes Value Added Tax for UK residents. While every effort is made to ensure that prices are correct at the time of order, errors can happen. If this is the case Longfield Wools will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling the order. A credit will be given to you by the same method as you paid for the goods.

A minimum order value of £10 applies to all payment methods.

We accept payment by Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) or Debit Card (Switch or Visa) directly on-line at the time of order (UK only). We also accept payment by cheque or postal order payable to Longfield Wools (UK only).

Payment by Cheque or Postal Order

Please allow 5 working days from date of receipt to Longfield Wools, for processing and clearance. Your goods will be despatched once the cheque has cleared in our bank. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to: Longfield Wools.

On the back of the cheque please put your name, address, telephone number and cheque card number. Include a list of items ordered and your email address on a separate sheet.

Credit/Debit Card Security

Credit or debit card transactions are authorised and processed on a secure server (as indicated by the golden padlock at the bottom of the screen). All transactions are fully encrypted using a 128 bit Security certificate.

Data Protection

Longfield Wools holds your order details on a secure database for the purpose of fulfilling orders only.

Your credit/debit card details are not held by Longfield Wools and cannot be accessed after an order has been placed.
