We will endeavour to despatch your order within 1 to 3 working days if the items you purchase are all in stock. However, this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods. We are closed on a Sunday, so orders placed will not be processed until Monday.

If any items are not currently in stock but expected to be available within a few days, we will notify you and hold your order for up to one week and then despatch the complete order. However, if items are expected to take longer, we will advise you of approximate delivery time and ask if you require us to leave the order outstanding.

Please note there is a minimum order value of £10 excluding carriage. If your order is less than £10 a surcharge will be added at the checkout.

Returns

Please e-mail us within 7 days of receipt of goods if goods arrive damaged or are incorrect. Please do not return the goods without contacting us first.

We cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance you must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening.

Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. We will issue a returns authorisation number, which should be clearly marked on the returned package.

We cannot accept the return of goods that you simply don?t like.

We are happy to refund items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the items come in sealed packs these items must not be opened.

You must pay the cost of the returned goods and are responsible for their safety during transportation.

When returning items please obtain a proof of posting as we will not accept responsibility for any lost in transit back to us.

Please ensure all returns are packed in suitable packaging and returned in re-saleable condition.

Should any returned goods arrive in non re-saleable condition we may only offer a credit of 50% to be used against a future order with us.

We are very sorry but we cannot offer an exchange service.
